2. Description of Service

meday ai is a voice-powered daily planner application that uses artificial intelligence to help you organize tasks. The app allows you to speak your tasks and automatically organizes them into your schedule.

3. User Accounts

You may use meday ai without creating an account. However, to sync your data across devices, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

meday ai offers subscription plans for premium features
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
Use the app to transmit harmful or malicious content
Interfere with the app's functionality or servers
Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

meday ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

meday ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
